The Immigration Law Department team consists of lawyers and specialists with many years of experience and thousands of cases that ended with the successful legalization of stay and work of foreigners in Poland. Our main field of interest is the legalization of foreigners performing work in professions requiring high qualifications and audits of the legality of employing foreigners. For years we have been providing services in this field to state-owned companies, companies from the BPO, and SSC companies from various sectors - business services, IT, TSL, food, construction, as well as manufacturing companies.

TEAM LEADER IN IMMIGRATION LAW DEPARTMENT
Attorney, a graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the Nicolaus Copernicus University in Toruń, majoring in Law, as well as Journalism and Social Communication, with a specialization in television journalism. She also completed postgraduate studies in International Law and Foreign Service at the University of Warsaw.
A certified mediator in cases concerning labor law and criminal law at the Polish Mediation Centre in Warsaw. She entered into the list of attorneys at the Bar Association in Warsaw.
From the beginning of her professional career, she has worked in the field of immigration law. She has experience in day-to-day services for foreigners and employers, in particular in the legalization of stay and work of foreigners employed on the local market in Poland, relocation of workers to Poland, and delegation of Polish workers abroad. She specializes in the legalization of stay and work of highly qualified foreigners and management staff.
In addition, she is interested in matters related to labor law and international public law, with a particular focus on diplomatic and consular law.
She speaks English and Arabic.
MANAGING ASSOCIATE IN IMMIGRATION LAW DEPARTMENT
Lawyer, graduated from the Law Department of Brest State University (Belarus), International and Political Studies Department of the University of Lodz, Ph.D. in political science and administration.
Lawyer of the Immigration Law Department, a specialist in the field of legalization of stay and work of foreigners in the territory of Poland. He implements large relocation projects for multinational corporations, both domiciled in Poland and abroad, and cooperates with employment agencies and non-governmental organizations. He is interested in constitutional law, and international law, he is a specialist in Belarusian law. He started his legal activity in the construction industry in Belarus. He is an expert in electoral and party systems.
He conducts activities related to integration and adaptation of foreigners in Poland and cooperated with one of the schools in the vicinity of Łódź as an intercultural consultant in the contact of the school staff with foreign children and their parents staying in the refugee center in Grotniki. Within his Legal International Service company, in cooperation with Rwandan Community in Poland, he organized training sessions on the legalization of the residence of foreigners from Central and Eastern Africa.
He is the author and co-author of scientific articles on political science, in particular on the political systems of Central and Eastern Europe, electoral systems, and deliberative democracy, published both in Poland and abroad. He is a participant and co-organizer of numerous scientific conferences in Poland and abroad, including the 24th IPSA World Congress of Political Scientists in Poznań.
