From the beginning of his career, he was associated with the Sadkowski & Partners Law Firm, in which as a representative he represents Polish and foreign employers and foreigners in proceedings legalizing stay and work in Poland.

He has experience in obtaining all types of legalization permits, including stay of foreigners in Poland, their work, studies as well as running their own business.

He also carries out audits to verify the legality of employment of foreign employees in Polish companies, which are the largest employers in the country, including state-owned companies.

Furthermore, he conducts trainings in the field of legalization of stay and work of foreigners addressed to company owners and personnel managers in companies that are the largest employers in Poland, as well as to the public administration employees involved in procedures legalizing the stay and work in Poland.

As an expert of the Business Center Club, he represents interests of Polish employers in the course of public consultations, exerting influence on the shape of regulations regarding employment of foreigners in Poland. He is a member of the working team for the legalization of stay and work of foreigners at the Ombudsman for Small and Medium Entrepreneurs. He is also a member of the Team for the employment of foreigners at the Provincial Council for Social Dialogue in Katowice as well as a member of the Poviat Labor Market Council in Katowice and advisor to the President of the Regional Chamber of Commerce in Katowice in the field of employing foreigners in Poland.

Winner of the Audience Award in the Golden Fans 2018 (Złote Wachlarze 2018) competition organized by the International Organization for Migration for activities promoting regulated labor migrations in the business sector.

Frequent participant and panelist of conferences and events devoted to entrusting work to foreigners. Author of statements and comments regarding the employment of foreigners in Poland for the largest Polish television, radio and press editorial offices.

Marta Pietrzak

Attorney trainee

She graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration in Toruń, majoring in Law and Journalism and Social Communication with specialization in TV journalism. She also completed postgraduate studies in International Law and Foreign Service at the University of Warsaw. Certified mediator in matters of labor and criminal law at the Polish Mediation Center in Warsaw. Currently entered on the list of advocate trainees at the District Bar Council in Warsaw.

From the beginning of her professional career, she has been associated with broadly understood immigration law. She has experience in the ongoing service of foreigners as well as employers, in particular in the field of legalization of stay and work of foreigners employed on the local market in Poland, relocation of employees to Poland, as well as the posting of Polish employees abroad.

In addition, her interests include matters related to the labor law and public international law, with particular emphasis on diplomatic and consular law.

She speaks English and Arabic.

Andrzej Lulkowski

Lawyer

A graduate of the Faculty of Law of the University of Brest (Brześć, Belarus), Faculty of International and Political Studies of the University of Łódź as well as a PhD student at the Department of Political Systems of the Institute of Political Studies of the University of Łódź.

Lawyer of the Immigration Law Department, specialist in the legalization of stay and work of foreigners on the Polish territory. He implements large relocation projects for international corporations, both based in Poland and abroad, cooperates with employment agencies and non-governmental organizations. He is interested in constitutional and international law as well as he is a specialist in Belarusian law. He started his legal activity in the construction industry in Belarus. He is a specialist in electoral and party systems.

He conducts activities related to the integration and adaptation of foreigners in Poland, he cooperated with one of the schools near the city of Łódź as an intercultural consultant in contacts of school staff with foreign children and their parents, who were located in a refugee center in Grotniki. As a part of the Legal International Service company in cooperation with Rwandan Community in Poland, he organized a series of training sessions taking place throughout the country in the field of legalization of stay of foreigners from Central and Eastern Africa.

He is the author and co-author of scientific articles on political science, in particular concerning political systems of the countries of Central and Eastern Europe, electoral systems, issues of deliberative democracy, published both in Poland and abroad. He is a participant and co-organizer of numerous domestic and foreign scientific conferences, including a participant in the 24th World Congress of Political Scientists (IPSA) in Poznań.

He has a fluent command of Russian and English.

Hanna Liashenko

Specialist for the legalization of stay and work of foreigners in Poland.

A graduate of the American Studies Specialization Faculty of International Relations at the University of Warsaw. As a part of the European Erasmus+ Program, she held a six-month student exchange to Spain at the Universidad CEU San Pablo en Madrid.

She has been working with the Sadkowski & Partners Law Firm since her studies. As a part of her professional activity she deals with the legalization of stay and work of foreigners in Poland. She has experience in providing current services to employers in the field of legalization of work and stay of foreign employees. She advises clients at the stage of hiring employees as well as represents clients and their employees before Voivodship and Labor Offices. Her areas of interest include primarily work permits, temporary residence and work permits and permanent residence permits.

She has a fluent command of Ukrainian, Russian and English language and a communicative level of Spanish language.
